Pricing: One-Time Credit Packs, No Subscription

Your first baby photo each month is free. After that, a photo costs 2 credits and video costs 1 credit per second — a 5-second film is 5 credits, a 15-second film is 15. Credits come in one-time packs, there is no subscription, and nothing renews.

What a credit buys

A still portrait costs 2 credits, whichever style, age or filter you pick. Video is metered by the second, because that is how it is billed to us: a 5-second film is 5 credits, a 10-second film is 10, a 15-second film is 15. Nothing is rounded up, and a failed render is refunded in full.

The packs

Packs are one-time purchases. Nothing renews, and unused credits stay on your account.

What happens when something fails

If a render fails on our side or at the provider, the credit is returned automatically. You are not charged for a picture or a film that was never delivered.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, which handles tax and receipts. Card details never reach our servers.

Why there is no subscription

Baby keepsakes are occasional. Most people make a portrait or a handful of films around a birth, a birthday or a gift, then stop. A subscription would charge you for months you do not use, so we sell credits that never expire instead.

Questions people ask

Is there a free trial?

The first baby photo each month is free — only an email address, no card. That is a full-quality result, not a watermarked preview.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits stay on your account until you use them.

Can I get a refund?

Failed renders are refunded automatically in credits. For a purchase refund, contact support with your order reference — payments are handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record.

How do I receive what I paid for?

Credit packs are delivered to your account automatically within seconds of a successful payment, whether or not you return to the site. If you paid without an account, the return link lets you set a password and claim the same email.
